Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C Insurance) includes your home or renters insurance, auto insurance, and umbrella insurance. You may also need flood insurance or earthquake insurance depending on where you live. You want to make sure you have these insurances in place in case something where to happen to your things (property portion of P&C) or something were to happen to someone while in your home or with your car (casualty portion of P&C).
